On this Sunday when we anticipate our congregation’s Annual Meeting in the evening at 6:30 pm, Rev. Paige Getty and others celebrate the democracy that is UUCC – where every voice and every vote has its place, and where, as 19th century Unitarian minister Theodore Parker said, “Democracy means not ‘I am as good as you are,’ but ‘You are as good as I am.’”
